NOTE: THIS CLASS IS NOW 4 HOURS IN DURATION!  9:00AM TO 1:00PM (However, it is still only 3 hours of CE credit.)

This is a combination of the Kansas Salesperson/Broker Required and the Missouri Core (officially titled Representation Options in the State of Missouri) so you can meet your required courses for both states in just one class sitting. Due to recent changes in the Missouri rules and regulations, we cannot offer this as a two-state combined class unless it is 4 hours in duration as opposed to the 3-hour class we offered in previous years.

If you only have one of these state's licenses, it will give you the credit you need for your one state.

This course is an intensive look at representation options on both sides of the state line.
