The green movement has arrived and the mailman didn’t bring it. Most of us are moving away from paper and postage for the sake of our environment and our budgets. It’s good business.

Keeping up with the news is important, and offering electronic newsletter options is a growing trend for REALTOR® Associations across the country. KCRAR is testing the waters with various publications. Those newsletters for which we offer an online version will be e-mailed to members who have indicated a preference for receiving e-mailed communications, and they will continue to be mailed to those members who prefer to receive a hard copy. 

One such KCRAR publication is Realeyes Broker Edition. This newsletter, produced every two months, is specifically for KCRAR brokers and managers. Here are the most recent online editions:

In addition, each month all members receive a newsletter covering topics of the day from KCRAR and Heartland MLS. Our affiliate members often advertise in the newsletter, called REALEYES, and articles focus on issues of interest for Kansas City area REALTORS®. Here are the most recent online editions:

Tips to keep in mind when reading the e-version of REALEYES:

• You can click anywhere to zoom in, and again to zoom out.
• You might notice that the bottom of the page disappears when you zoom, but just left-click and drag your mouse to reposition the page within your web browser.
• You can turn pages by using the arrow buttons at the bottom or by dragging the corners of the pages.
• You can look for specific articles or keywords by typing into the search box.

If you currently receive the hard copy version of a newsletter, but would prefer to change to the electronic version, you can change your KCRAR record to make that switch. Just follow this procedure:

1. login here
2. in the Membership Record section click the link that says "Personal Information"
3. scroll to the "Preferences" area
4. change your Newsletter Delivery preference from "Mail" to "E-mail"
5. That will do it!  Delivery of your newsletter will change within two months.
