Q: Why do you wish to serve as a Director of KCRAR?
A: I feel it is important to have a balance of Agents, Managers and Broker/Owners on the Board of Directors as it gives the organization different perspectives from which to form a consensus in the decision making process as we move forward in a rapidly changing environment. I feel my past work in Board Leadership, Professional Standards and Grievance give me knowledge & experience that can be of value to our organization.
Q: What do you see as the primary purpose of the Association?
A:  Provide Education and Tools to the membership designed to help them better serve their Clients and Communities in this ever-changing industry in which we play an important role. In addition, enforce the Code of Ethics and License Law to prevent unethical conduct by any of our members.
Q: What goals and objectives would you like to see pursued by this Association over the next three years?
A:  Continue with an aggressive outreach to other REALTOR® Boards in an effort to glean other best practices and technology tools, available and currently in use, that will make our members more effective and efficient in the field in providing service to the consumer. We must always look for ways to improve our value proposition and remain relevant to the Real Estate Client or risk being perceived as replaceable or unnecessary.
