Missouri Fingerprinting Requirement

If you are licensed in Missouri, please note that prior to the next renewal you'll need to have your fingerprints on file with the Missouri Real Estate Commission. This is NOT a requirement just for new licensees, so even if you've been licensed for years, you'll need to get your prints on file before your next renewal. In order to avoid delays, it is recommended that you be fingerprinted by March 1, 2012.

As of December 2011, only 41 percent of real estate licensees have met the fingerprinting requirement for the 2012 renewal. Don't delay - get yours done pronto!

We have arranged for the statewide vendor, L-1 Enrollment Services, to be on site at the KCRAR offices (11150 Overbrook Road, Suite 100, Leawood, KS 66211). If you haven't already gotten your fingerprints on file with the Missouri Real Estate Commission, take advantage of a convenient location and satisfy your renewal requirement in just 10 minutes!

Fingerprinting appointments are available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 27 and Monday, March 12. All appointments will take place in the KCRAR boardroom. Please note that you must sign up online directly with L-1 in order to make your appointment - you will not be able to register with KCRAR. Carefully follow these sign-up instructions to ensure that you reserve your spot:

  • Go to www.L1enrollment.com.
  • Select the State of Missouri.
  • Select the Online Scheduling option.
  • Choose your language preference.
  • Enter your first and last name.
  • Enter the ORI number of MO920130Z.
  • To choose a location, you must use the regions drop down menu and select the region of Special Print.
  • Select your location by agency name.
  • Select from the available dates listed, and then select your time slot.
  • Enter your complete demographic and payment information. For payment, you have the choice of paying by Visa/Mastercard or E-Check at the time of scheduling or by paying with a check or money order at the time of fingerprinting. The total fee is $52.20 per applicant.
  • Finalize and confirm your appointment.

Please remember to bring a valid state or federal issued photo ID to your fingerprinting appointment.
