Floor Plan Online (Visual Tour)
As an introductory offer, KCRAR members may order a Basic Interactive Photo Tour free of charge. That’s a $29 value, giving you a Tour you’ll benefit from as part of our listing presentation. YMCA of Greater Kansas City
YMCA of Greater Kansas City invites all KCRAR members to join its circle of friends. And as a KCRAR member benefit, fees are reduced at all local YMCA's. KCRAR members can save $100 off the usual $150 new member fee and enjoy reduced monthly fees of $50/month for individuals or $75/month for families.
There are no contracts and the program offers many other benefits for you and your family. To join, or to switch to the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® plan, if currently a YMCA member, visit any area YMCA and present a current KCRAR or NAR Member ID card.
National Tire and Battery Auto Centers
Another great offer comes from NTB. When KCRAR members go to one of these quality automotive centers in the Kansas City area, they will be entitled to a discount on tires, batteries, brakes, alignment, shocks, struts, and alternator service and installation. Jiffy Lube Oil Change Centers are another place that KCRAR members need to go when they get their cars serviced. Just go to any Kansas City-area Jiffy Lube and mention commercial account ID code “KCRAR,” and you will receive 15% off the regular price of all services.
Thrifty Car Rental & KCI Airport Parking
Obtain a 15% rental discount off of time and mileage at the following Thrifty locations;

Obtain discounted pricing at the Thrifty KCI Airport Parking Lot. As a KCRAR Member your rate is a low $4.20 a day. To receive the discount, mention that you are a member of KCRAR when you pick up your car and are paying for your parking.
Paychex Payroll Processing Services
If you are a salesperson with a salaried assistant or a broker/manager with one, two, or twenty employees you’ll be interested in this KCRAR member service benefit.
