Freddie Mac, otherwise known as the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, has revised its mortgage programs just as Fannie Mae and FHA have done.  You’ll want to hear what they have to say regarding their Home Possible and Alt 97 mortgages, the housing market, appraisals, affordable seconds, challenged credit, allowable income sources, credit scores, refinance programs, property eligibility, jumbos, credit unions, and much more.  KCRAR has made special arrangements to bring them to town so take advantage of this rare event.

They’re providing the food, too, free of charge. Come join their National Training Manager, Tom Ward, as he gets you up to date on the important financing issues of today.
