Assistants may pick up lockboxes at KCRAR, but they do need to bring a Lockbox Lease form with the responsible leasing agent's signature.

Unlicensed Personal Assistants who are KCRAR members may also obtain their own limited-access lockbox key. To do so, the personal assistant must bring the completed Authorization Form to the KCRAR office to pick up a key. Please be sure to have your Designated REALTOR® sign the form before coming to KCRAR. (Click here to get a copy of the form that's needed.)

Key fees are the same for Personal Assistants as REALTORS® and Personal Assistants are eligible for eKeys and DisplayKEYs, but may not subscribe to the eKEY Professional service.
