Assistants may pick up lockboxes at KCRAR, but they do need to bring a Lockbox Lease form with the responsible leasing agent's signature.

Unlicensed Personal Assistants who are KCRAR members may also obtain their own lockbox key. To do so, the personal assistant must bring the completed Authorization Form to the KCRAR office to pick up a key. Please be sure to have your Designated REALTOR® sign the form before coming to KCRAR. (Click here to get a copy of the form that's needed.)

Key fees are the same for Personal Assistants as REALTORS® and Personal Assistants are eligible for eKeys and DisplayKEYs, but may not subscribe to the eKEY Professional service.
