2012 KCRAR Standard Contracts and Disclosure Forms Available Dec. 15, 2011
One of the biggest changes to KCRAR forms in recent years is the newly revised 2012 Residential Sale Contract. The 2012 contract now includes the Agency Disclosure and the Financing language. Additionally, the Residential Sale Contract was completely reorganized for easier use and understanding by buyers and sellers. The 2012 New Home Sale Contract and the Vacant Land Sale Contracts also include the Agency Disclosure and the Financing language, eliminating the need for separate addendums.
A new disclosure form has been added to the KCRAR forms library in 2012 for use when KCRAR contracts are not used in a transaction; typically on REOs, HUD or relocation listings. This new form includes the KS/MO agency disclosure, required radon language in Kansas, required sex offender language and lead-based paint disclosures.
